The Feather Blessing - Award winning image

Wild Spanish Mustangs roam the remote Montana prairie. Preparing to photograph the wild stallions I whispered "Thank you brothers, for allowing me to be with you in this way". As they thundered by, I shot this image.. Over their heads in the clouds appeared an eagle feather. Perhaps a blessing for the endangered herd. This image is authentic and occurred on the Montana prairie. It shares the great beauty and spirit of the magnificent endangered wild horses.
